I. Acceptance of Terms

By using the CrashPanel marketplace ("Platform"), the user ("User") fully accepts these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If the User does not accept the Terms, please do not use the Platform.

II. Publishing Material

1. Verification: All material uploaded by the User will be verified by the CrashPanel team before publication. Publication is subject to CrashPanel's approval.
2. One Item at a Time: The User can submit only one item for verification at a time.
3. Copyright: The User declares and guarantees that they own all rights to any material uploaded to the Platform. The User is solely responsible for any copyright infringement or other third-party rights violations.
4. Prohibited Content: It is forbidden to publish material that is:
   • Offensive: Violent, obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or inciting hatred.
   • Illegal: Violating applicable laws or regulations.
   • Malicious: Containing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
   • Deceptive: False, misleading, or deceptive.
   • Copyright-protected: Without the authorization of the copyright owner.

III. Limitation of Liability

1. User Material: CrashPanel is not responsible for the content of material published by Users. The User is solely responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the publication of such material.
2. Copyright Infringement: Reports of copyright infringement will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and CrashPanel's policies. CrashPanel reserves the right to remove any material reported as infringing copyright.

IV. Removal of Material

CrashPanel reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any Material that violates these Terms or that may be deemed inappropriate.

V. Subscriptions

Some materials may only be available to users subscribed to paid plans. Subscription features are subject to change without notice.

VI. Changes to Terms

CrashPanel reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform.
