CrashPlugin fornisce un servizio di vendita di prodotti legati alla produzione di server Minecraft, come plugin o pacchetto risorse. Non si occupa di fornire modifiche per Client ma soltanto per Server. Non vende "Hacked Client".

III. Limitazione di responsabilità

Il Proprietario non sarà responsabile di alcun danno diretto, indiretto, incidentale, consequenziale o speciale derivante da o in connessione con l’uso dei servizi o del contenuto del sito web.

IV. Account utente e restrizioni sui contenuti

Agli utenti è vietato pubblicare o trasmettere attraverso il sito o il servizio CrashPlugin qualsiasi materiale illegale, dannoso, minaccioso, molesto, diffamatorio, volgare, osceno, sessualmente esplicito, discriminatorio o altrimenti discutibile di qualsiasi tipo, compreso, ma non solo, qualsiasi materiale che incoraggi una condotta che costituirebbe un reato penale, darebbe luogo a responsabilità civile o violerebbe qualsiasi legge locale, statale, nazionale o internazionale. E' severamente vietato aggirare le limitazioni imposte agli account in alcun modo, anche creando nuovi account. Generalmente ad una persona fisica deve corrispondere solo un account. Non è ammesso l'utilizzo di exploit nei servizi di CrashPlugin. E' vietato utilizzare il servizio CrashPlugin e ogni nostro prodotto per aggirare l'EULA di Minecraft. E' severamente vietato condividere i prodotti o i servizi acquistati o disponibili grazie all'abbonamento Pro.

V. Ordine, prezzi, metodi di pagamento e cancellazione

Gli acquirenti devono avere almeno 18 anni. Ci riserviamo il diritto di rifiutare il servizio a chiunque per qualsiasi motivo e in qualsiasi momento. I nostri servizi non sono disponibili nelle giurisdizioni in cui sono vietati dalla legge. Dopo aver effettuato un ordine, i clienti riceveranno un’e-mail di conferma con il dettaglio dei prodotti ordinati e del costo totale. CrashPlugin si riserva il diritto di annullare un ordine in qualsiasi momento prima della spedizione, in caso di circostanze impreviste. Accettiamo i seguenti metodi di pagamento: Visa, MasterCard, e PayPal. Tutti i prezzi sono soggetti a modifiche senza preavviso. I prodotti e servizi acquistati da CrashPlugin saranno disponibili entro 7 giorni lavorativi dall'ordine. I clienti possono annullare l’ordine entro 24 ore dall’effettuazione dello stesso, a condizione che il prodotto non venga utilizzato successivamente. Per annullare un ordine, il cliente deve accedere alla sezione dedicata del proprio account e richiedere l’annullamento. I clienti possono abbonarsi al servizio Pro con rinnovo mensile o annuale ed è possibile annullare il rinnovo in qualsiasi momento tramite la sezione dedicata del proprio account. Tutti i prodotti o servizi ottenuti tramite l'abbonamento Pro sono validi fino a quando il cliente non annulla l'abbonamento o non lo rinnova.

VI. Informazioni sulla garanzia

IL SOFTWARE VIENE FORNITO "COSÌ COM'È", SENZA ALCUN TIPO DI GARANZIA, ESPLICITA O IMPLICITA, INCLUSE, A TITOLO ESEMPLIFICATIVO, LE GARANZIE DI COMMERCIABILITÀ, IDONEITÀ A UNO SCOPO PARTICOLARE E NON VIOLAZIONE. IN NESSUN CASO GLI AUTORI SARANNO RESPONSABILI PER QUALSIASI RECLAMO, DANNO O ALTRA RESPONSABILITÀ, SIA IN UN'AZIONE CONTRATTUALE, CHE IN UN ILLECITO O ALTRO, DERIVANTE DA, FUORI O IN CONNESSIONE CON IL SOFTWARE O L'USO O ALTRI RAPPORTI CON IL SOFTWARE.

VII. Diritto di recesso

I clienti hanno il diritto di recedere dal contratto entro 14 giorni senza fornire alcuna motivazione. Il periodo di recesso scadrà dopo 14 giorni dal giorno in cui il cliente acquisisce. Di conseguenza ogni prodotto coinvolto non potrà più essere utilizzato.

II. Nature of Service

CrashPlugin provides a service of selling products related to Minecraft server production, as a plugin or resource package. It does not provide modifications for Clients but only for Servers. It does not sell “Hacked Clients”.

III. Limitation of Liability

The Owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the services or content of the website.

IV. User Account and Content Restrictions

Users are prohibited from posting or transmitting through the CrashPlugin website or service any unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or violate any local, state, national, or international law. It is strictly prohibited to circumvent the limitations imposed on accounts in any way, even by creating new accounts. Generally, an individual must correspond to only one account. The use of exploits in CrashPlugin services is not allowed. It is prohibited to use the CrashPlugin service and any of our products to circumvent the Minecraft EULA. It is strictly forbidden to share products or services purchased or available through Pro subscription.

V. Order, pricing, payment methods and cancellation

Buyers must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Our services are not available in jurisdictions where they are prohibited by law. After placing an order, customers will receive a confirmation e-mail detailing the products ordered and the total cost. CrashPlugin reserves the right to cancel an order at any time prior to shipment in case of unforeseen circumstances. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. All prices are subject to change without notice. Products and services purchased from CrashPlugin will be available within 7 business days of ordering. Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the product is not used thereafter. To cancel an order, customers must log into the dedicated section of their account and request cancellation. Customers can subscribe to the Pro service with monthly or annual renewal and can cancel the renewal at any time through the dedicated section of their account. All products or services obtained through the Pro subscription are valid until the customer cancels or renews the subscription.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGE, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OF OR OTHER DEALINGS WITH THE SOFTWARE.

VII. Right of withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day the customer acquires. As a result, any product involved can no longer be used.

VIII. Safety information and instructions for use

Our products and services must be used in accordance with the instructions and guidelines provided.

By using the CrashPlugin website, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the website after the posting of changes means you agree to be legally bound by these updated and/or modified terms.
